Robert Tracci’s Handling of Jason Kessler Indictment, A Victim’s Perspective

adminCharlottesville, News, Talk, Virginia

In March of 2017 evidence sufficient to indict Jason Kessler was delivered to Robert Tracci and the
Albemarle County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. Mr. Tracci’s office did not see fit to indict Mr.
Kessler until October, well after the August 12th Unite the Right Rally/Nazi Attack. Would A12 have been
different if he was under indictment for Perjury? Would A12 have been different had Mr. Kessler been in
jail?

This is an hour long interview with the victim of Mr. Kessler’s assault and it details the difficulty he had
getting his case to court and his disappointment when Mr. Tracci failed to prove that the Magistrate’s
Office is actually located in his jurisdiction.
